After a design has been finalized, APC takes your project to the next step and becomes working on permitting the design. Local Agencies approval may be required for specific type of repairs, while Local and State Agencies approval may be needed for other types of repair or new construction.
We work very closely with all the agencies, like California Coastal Commission, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Environmental Protection Agency among other agencies needed, to ensure your project is being expedited and reduce the waiting time as much as possible.
Once your project has been designed and permitted, the next step comes into place, which is Project Execution. Associated Pacific Constructors has also the capability of performing this final step obtaining final documentation/Notice to Proceed prior starting the work.
